JSC “ArcelorMittal Temirtau” is the biggest mining and metallurgical enterprise in Republic of Kazakhstan. This company is an integrated mining and metallurgical complex with own coal, iron ore and power supply sources.

JSC “ArcelorMittal Temirtau” is specialized in production of plates and other rolled products which may be polymeric, zinc and aluminum coated. Also it produces agglomerate, iron ore and cole concentrate, coke, iron, steel, including slabs, strips, spar stripe, electric-welded tubes and related products of blast-furnace and coke production.

Mounting of scrap charging machine is completed in December 2020.

MAGMA LLC acted not only as the manufacturer of equipment but also participated in mounting and commissioning. Also our specialists educated electrical personnel and crane operators, which will operate the machine and maintain it.

URAL STEEL is an integrated works, including agglo-cox-blast-furnace, steelmaking and rolling production.

• Pig iron;
• Continuous cast round and rectangular billets;
• Rolled plates for automotive industry, shipbuilding, strips and structural steel.

In November 2020 new transfercar, produced by MAGMA LLC was commissioned at the URAL STEEL as a part of blast-furnace production re-equipment.

Modern transfercar capacity 70t is installed on the bin trestle of the blast-furnace plant and transports burden materials from stockyard to blast-furnace ore bunkers to provide their seamless and productive work.
